ION VEIN Part Ways With Drummer, Seek Replacement

November 9, 2003

Chicago prog/power metallers ION VEIN have parted ways with longtime drummer Scott Lang due to musical differences. A replacement has not yet been named. Interested parties can send e-mail inquiries to [email protected] with "drummer" in the subject box.

ION VEIN have lined up a show at the Penny Road Pub in S. Barrington, Ilinois on December 6. Joe Babiak from PARALLEL MIND will be filling in on drums for the gig. Also appearing on the bill will be DSG (DAVID SHANKLE GROUP) and TWELFTH GATE.

ION VEIN's latest album, "Reigning Memories", was produced by Neil Kernon (CANNIBAL CORPSE, NEVERMORE, QUEENSRŸCHE) and is now available at most of the top online metal vendors. Check out ionvein.com for all the latest news.
